Putting any sort of chemicals on your hair damages it...period. So, the answer is yes. Just condition a lot and it'll be fine.

OF COURSE. Your haircolor doesn't matter with bleach. It doesn't have a brain, it can't tell what color your hair is.

Bleach strips your hair of its natural colour and pigment, it also has a terrible drying effect. If I were you, go to the hairdressers and get them to put slices of blonde hair dye not bleach into your hair. This will give you much more shine and a much more natural look, without giving your hair the dryness you want to avoid.

They make shampoos to take the yellowish color out of light hair. Have you tried that? You could also try some Sun-In, that lightens hair.

Why would you want to bleach it if it's already blonde?? Hair color has nothing to do with it, you are still putting harsh chemicals on your hair. It's just like putting acid on your skin.

yes.. it stripes the natural oil from the hair and opens the cuticle that keeps the hair smooth up making it look like a pine cone under fine magnifying. so when you color it .. the color can get into the center of the follicle of the hair shaft.

deep conditioning after coloring helps close the follicle but still doesnt heal the damage completely .. split ends and breaking happen.

it can cause thinning,

breakage,

discoloration, etc

some more than others,

or 4 some it has no effect...

and if you are already a blonde why are you tryning to bleach it blonde??
