I bleached my hair blond about (level 10) and now I want to go dark burgundy (level 4), what do I have to do.
Do I have to apply red color as a deposit first then take out red and apply burgundy color or I can just apply burgundy top of blond.
Hairstylists or Color technician let me know...

You need to buy protein filler.
You can buy it at Sally Beauty Supply for about $5.
You wash your hair only using shampoo (no conditioner)
and towel dry your hair.
Then apply the protein filler.
When it is dry, it will feel like there is gel or mousse in your hair.
You put hair color directly on top of the protein filler.
Question for Hair Stylists or Colour Technician?
I'm a color special and get this question a lot.
You're right you do need to put the red back in your hair but here is how:
You can buy hair color in a tube or in a bottle where it is in a "gel" type of substance. You want to buy and orange/red bottle (or 2 depending on how much you will need.)
Then instead of mixing it with the developer you will mix it with warm water.
Apply to all of your all.
Your hair will look odd and feel quite stiff when you are done. That is fine. Take a wide tooth comb and comb through your hair, make sure that it is covered well.
Cover your hair with a bag and tie off. Leave that on for about 15 minutes,
Uncover, DO NOT RINSE. Apply your burgundy color,
Expect to get some orange/red to come out in the shower for a few days/weeks when you are done. Don't worry about this. Its the extra orange that your blond did not obsorb.
