What colors should I two tone my hair?

I want to dye my hair two toned. But I am not sure the best way to go about doing it. Such as where to I part it. And I already have Coffee brown dye should I use it for the bottom and do Blond on top.. Or do black and red.. Or blond and black.. I need help. I have Green eyes and A fair skin tone. Help please. Also I want to go to Walmart to get the dye, I am pretty good at doing my own hair. But if I do blond what is a good kit? Aslo wright now my hair is like muti colored it was black/Blue. With blond and silver highlights. Then it faded.

the way i imagine it, your hair is a few steps from the rainbow. over-treatment of hair causes its damage and eventual death. i suggest you first "wash off" all the existing dye. treat your hair with hot oil and then you can start from there.

you can achieve the best two tone if you start with your natural hair color. dyes react to each other. you cannot really predict the outcome color with that multi-layer of dyes in hair
