All of a sudden my body hair is changing colors, but not all of it, though only a few hairs on my ar

...patches on my legs. When i was younger my body hair was dirty blond, then it turned blond blond. Now i have a few stark black hairs on my arm and STARK black hairs in patches on my legs. Also, the skin around the patches of dark hair on my legs is drier than the surrounding skin. This struck me as very odd, what do you think it could be?

The sun could be causing the hairs to turn lighter! Not sure!
