You can, but I suggest going to a professional to avoid adverse effects of conflicting dyes. Or, as you may be aware, hair grows...let it grow until it's all brown again.

i was in this exact same situation! i got my highlights done and i decided i didn't like them anymore and so I went to the store and got a color that was closest to my natural hair color and it worked! and my hair has been through alot, so i'm pretty sure yours will turn out okay. and if your alittle apprehensive about doing it yourself, you can always get it done professionally!
