Why does freakin everyone want to be blond?

Ya know? i don't get it

i'll admit it, my hair is ligher than it would be natuarly..but i didn't do it intentionaly. I swim so the chlorene bleachs it....my mom's suppriesd my hair isnt orange or green...if i was alloud to, i'd darken it a little

But, i don't get why people bleach and dye their beautiful dark hair bleach/platinum blond....it looks creepy, and FOR GOD'S SAKE, THE DARK HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL!

But you already know red is my favorite -natural- hair color! (If I could dye my hair any other color, it would be some sort of purple)

Its funny, because I'm a natural blonde, and people always poke fun at the fact that a blonde dyed her hair another color.

i so totally agree with you, natural is best, with maybe a tad of enhancement, you can only change you hair by a few shades and have it look good so people who have dark hair and dye it blond just look super fake, i think people need to be happy with their hair color because it looks best with their skin and stuff, i think girls have this idea that guys like blonds, sure they do but they tend to prefer brunettes

a lot of people do want to be blonde, that is true, coming from a natural blonde, i love dark hair, its soo lovely, but i believe that because blonde hair is considered by our culture to be "fun" and happy and it also is more rare, natural blonde hair, than brown and people just arent happy with the way they look. I believe in people keeping their natural color and not changing it if possible, but not everybody is as comfortable with their image as you and me.

i am natually dark but have coloured by hair multi tones of blonde ,dark blonde.light blonde,gold blonde platnum blonde and caramel blonde all over in small streaks,and i have to say have you heard the saying "blondes have more fun" well i agree... maybe when you are allowed to colour your hair it will change your mind,its not that bad being blonde.
