Info on myself. Blue eyes, fair skin, pink undertones, natural hair color is dark blond. Last month I had my hair dyed a dark blonde. BTW, this was done professionally. The top area came out with dark blonde, gold/ red tones, and does not match my skin tone. I would like to be more in the neutral tones.
I've had 2 hair consultations so far. I was considering having my hair bleached out and re- colored with a medium beige blonde. I thought since I was dealing with 3 different hair shades, I would have to bleach the hair in order to achieve my desired color. I would like to stay at least 1 or 2 shades lighter then dark blonde.
The other hair stylist suggested to me, that she would do full heavy bleach highlights all over my head, and said that she would be able to use a blonde beige toner to get me as close to a blonde.
