She most likely has extensions, so if you want length you can go that route or just keep it as is. If you want the ponytail style she's wearing:
1) Put your hair into a low ponytail (you can wear it to the side like hers, if you want) but keep some of the hair looped into a loose bun.
2) Tease the back of your hair (towards the crown). Use a hairspray like Charles Worthington's Big Hair... lift small, seperated sections of hair and spray directly onto the roots, then use a comb to tease the hair, creating some body.
3) Use the palms of your hands to apply a small amount of shine-enhancing pomade to the bangs and top of the hair (you can also put some in the ponytail).
If you want her actual haircut, just ask the stylist for sideswept bangs and long layers throughout.

you do realise she is wearing a hair piece in her pony tail and you can never replicate soeone elses hair style to a tee
