I have very damaged hair by coloring them blond and I heared, that hot oil treatment is the best way to make hair more healthy and shiny. Is it tru? how to do it?

Directions are on the package. You simple place the tube of oil in a cup of hot water (I put the water in the microwave for about a minute to get it hotter than coming out of the tap) and let it set for a few minutes. Then apply to the ends of your hair and wash out. Just follow the directions. I woud recommend applying it a few inches from your scalp. I have done it in the past and the first few times I put it all over my head, and my roots were extremely oily afterwards and looked like I hadn't washed my hair in several days... but the ends of my hair looked nice! So now I only add it to the ends (starting at the nape of my neck and working down) and it treats the hair that needs it most.

It does wonders for the hair. you take the tube, and place it into a container of some sort filled with hot water, and let it sit, and warm up. Then after it's gotten hot, you section hair into parts, and apply the treatment, and be sure to get deep into the roots and ends. Hope this helps.

Get some VO5 hot oil boil some water or heat the water in the microwave. Let the packet sit in the water for 30 seconds to a minute then cut it open wet your hair and rub it in your hair. Let it sit for a while then rinse your hair out.
