that color, and im going to die my hair. i wanted one of those websites where you can upload a picture and see what you would look like with different hair colors and styles. i know having red hair is a pretty big deal because only 2% of the u.s. population has it, but i get picked on soooo much at school because my hair is red, and i am going to die it when we move so i can start over fresh. DONT tell me to not die my hair because i am no matter what. i just wanted to know what color i would look okay with. should i go blond brown or black???

Well dying your red hair a different colour is a shame. My daughter has beautiful copper red hair, and she hates it. We remind her of how beautiful it is and how so many women dye their hair to get her colour. But, it sounds to me that you just want to be the same as everyone else. I don't think there is any site that offers the prrogram that you are thinking of for free, because it costs to utilize it at the salon. I would suggest that you try some of the washable hair dyes to find a colour that you like the best, then use a permanent. Ash brown is propably the best place to start.

I would in NO WAY say 'don't dye it' because I'm a true believer of it, however too much of it can really dry out your hair. Becareful! I would NOT go black because you probably have light skin features and that would make you look gothic unless that's your motive - BLECH! I would go with light brown or even all blonde. Good luck! Personally, I think your crazy. I have red hair too and I was self concious about it too. I wanted to dye my hair blonde, but then i started realizing that it makes me unique. The people who make fun of you are probably jealous. Everyone I know loves red hair.

If you wanna dye it. It really depends on your skin color. If you have pale skin, i dont think blonde or black would look very good.

Maybe just get some blonde, brown or black highlights/lowlights.

My hair is not strawberry blonde, but its more of a darker red, but I think strawberry blonde is the most beautiful hair color out there. My friend has that hair color and she has guys lining up for miles. And you know what they always compliment her about? her hair color.

There are so many blondes and bruettes in the world, why would you want to blend in with them when you could stand out?

I know exactly what you mean I had copper colored hair in my youth. If something went wrong it was always that redhead which did it

I hated my hair coloring. The only people that loved it was my grandparents parents.

Don;t know how old you are but by the time you are 20 if you have flaming red hair, every man in the area will be chasing after YOU!

Redheads are more sought after than any other color except blonds which are usually a dime a dozen and have no brains or personality ( Paris is an example, only wanted for one thing! her sex video)

In the interim I suggest you dye it brown as it is closest to your present color. Blacks are often too severe and make you look Goth.

Use henna to change its shade. You will find that your strawberry blonde shade takes to this easily and you will have some lovely Golden Highlights that you will be very pleased with.

You can always change to flaming red when you get a little older and want to get a date without having to work too hard for it.
