this happened to me, too, and the only way i could fix it was shelling out the money for a professional...and i learned i good lesson about trying to do it myself! also, if you put anything else on it right now, it will probably turn black-this is because the hair gets saturated with color and won't show pigments from lighter colors. please go see a stylist and let them see what would be the best thing to do-good luck!

well to start with if your hair is blonde u cant put a darker colour over the blonde just by a toner and put that on and it will fix it

Go to a stylist and get it fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. Then let them color it for you.

Sounds like there was a reaction from the two different coloring products. I used a blonde henna wash on my blonde hair once and it reacted with the well water at our house...my hair turned a putrid grey-green. I went to a salon and had it treated (this totally stripped my hair), it was still dull looking so the stylist told me to use a product like Neutrogena clean shampoo (the clear one) and leave it on my hair for about 15 minutes once a week. My hair was a bit dried out after this, but the grey-green color did go away. Buy a good conditioning treatment. Good Luck!

Oops!!!!!!! off to the stylist you go,always check before you use a hair dye.

I'm grey and can use ash blonde's it sure does a great job, it looks light brown at first then it lighten after each wash
